Even if you are independent scouts, you must be scouting for someone. I mean, for agencies that provide 2-3 months contract? Or are you providing jobs for models yourselves? Anastasia's question is very reasonable. Where are you sending models to??

agree that independant Scout without agency to work with is very strange and suspected.

As Legal Counsel to All About Models, always looking for protecting our members, I have to say that is very strange a self-defined "independent placement and management model agency" without known address, telephone, management board, etc,. That means that, in case of conflict, the model will be in a very unsafe position, without legal protection, because there is no one identified persone or company against whom to file a lawsuit neither an identified address where this lawsuit could be notified.

That is exactly what I mean. There is no such thing as an independent agency, there could be a freelance agent, but even in that case connections and providing of information, such as partners' names is a MUST. Being in this business for over 10 years I would strongly suggest models to think twice before cooperating with unlicensed agents and going for suspicious jobs. There is always supposed to be an answer to such questions as:
Where is your office?
What are you contact details?
Who are your partners?
Are you legally officially registered?
What kind of contract do you offer?
Previous experience (work portfolio, recommendations)?
These questions are not company strategy secrets, these are NORMAL and must have an answer!

what's weird ? being indipendent? why does everybody thinks that only big agencies are "REAL AGENCIES" we are 6 models and we are working as scouts aswell .what's weird about this? And this is just a blog,we gave our email-fb-website and everything else.nobody is forcing nobody .and. no of course those are not company secrets. and ..just for information : we cannot say what kind of contacts we are going to offer because every contracts depends on the models and on the agency ..we are 6 scouts and every scouts has a different town of origins this means that every scouts is officially registered in his town.there's not an office,we are working as a BROKER,what we do is just create a contact between models and agencies. WE ARE SCOUT. NOT MODELS AGENCY. IT'S DIFFERENT.

no.if we are indipendent scouts it means INDIPENDENT AND NOT SCOUTING FOR SOME AGENCIES. WE ARE GOING TO SHOW OUR MODELS TO EVERY AGENCY. THIS MEANS INDIPENDENT.
